NextStar offers multiple ways to create content

• Covers
• You can sing over instrumentals
• These instrumentals are legally licensed by NextStar
• AI Instrumentals
• You can use instrumentals created by NextStar using AI
• These are original and do not belong to any artist

• Even when using our instrumentals, you are responsible for your final content.

You can go live and perform.

• While live
• You must follow all rules
• We may stop your stream if rules are broken
• Repeated violations may lead to a ban

By posting content, you give NextStar permission to

• Display your content in the app
• Promote your content
• Share it within the platform
• This is a non-exclusive, worldwide, free license.

NextStar may

• Remove any content at any time
• Suspend or ban accounts
• Limit visibility of content
• We do this to keep the platform safe.

We do not guarantee

• Views
• Likes
• Followers
• Ranking in top charts

NextStar is not responsible for

• What users upload
• Copyright violations made by users
• Disputes between users
• You use the app at your own risk.

You agree NOT to

• Use bots or fake engagement
• Try to manipulate rankings
• Harass or threaten other users
• Hack or disrupt the app.

We may suspend or permanently ban your account if you break these rules.

We may update these terms at any time.
